Telmatobius degener is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, rivers, swamps, and pastureland.
