In the article about Telemark it is stated that "In the early Viking Age, before Harald Fairhair, Telemark was a petty kingdom".
This is unfounded, and, I believe, plain wrong, and should not be allowed to stand.

- Could be. Just remove it, or, better yet, replace with a less specific statement that prior to unification of the kingdom, several petty kingdoms and chiefdoms coexisted in the territory. I believe that Grenland was a one such chiefdom. //Big Adamsky 09:24, 21 January 2006 (UTC)
