Telford Taylor addresses the court at a session of the Nuremberg Trials.
Image from the USHMM. USHMM states Taylor was addressing the court "at a session of the Medical Case (Doctors') Trial".

USHMM claims copyright on that image. However, Columbia University has what is obviously the same image, stating:

Columbia also states that Taylor was presenting his final statement in the Einsatzgruppen case at Nuremberg. As a U.S. Army photograph, this image would be in the public domain.
