Hi, I'd recommend checking out this tutorial. To upload an image, click the "Upload file" link on the lefthand toolbox. You can upload any image from your computer, but make sure that it doesn't violate copyright laws and tag the image with the appropriate tag. If it's a copyrighted image, see this guideline.
