William Theodore "Teddy" Bailey (born April 12, 1944 in Hamilton, Ohio) was a college and professional American football player. He played college football at the University of Cincinnati, where he was a running back. He played professionally in the American Football League for the Buffalo Bills in 1967 and for the Boston Patriots in 1969.
