Ted Hugh Rowlands (born September 27, 1966), an American newscaster. He is currently employed by CNN.

Rowlands graduated with a degree in communication arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Rowlands began his career as an anchor and reporter for KBJR-TV in Duluth, Minnesota.
He joined CNN in March, 2004, and is based in the network's Los Angeles bureau.
