Ted Mullighan

Commissioner Ted Mullighan, QC is currently Commissioner of the Children in State Care Commission of Inquiry[1] appointed by the Government of South Australia.[2]
He had practised law from 1962, was appointed as a Judge of the Supreme Court of South Australia from 1989. He was a member of the Commonwealth Legal Aid Review Committee and President of the Law Society of South Australia. He has been co-chair of Reconciliation SA.
