Ted Eckersdorff

Ted Eckersdorff is an US Pentathlon athlete.
His main period of fame was the late 1970s and early 1980s. He now currently teaches fencing at the Branson School in Ross, California. Ted also has his own fencing club named The Marin Pentathlon Club. On top of all of this, Ted is a great artist. His inspiration for the paintings comes from scenes in Mill Valley. He was born c.1955, in New York. He then moved to Texas, to train full time at the Modern Pentathlon training center, for 10 years. He competed in many international competitions, and the World Championships, then moved to Mill Valley, California , where he currently lives.
