The article seems to not be consistently NPOV, see "Levine is an underrated actor whose superb performances are often overlooked, such as his uncredited role as the voice of Rusty Nail in 2001's Joy Ride, and his performance as Detective Sam Nico in the 2003 film Wonderland, based on the gruesome murders in Los Angeles Wonderland District."
Also, it may be argued that he is no longer best known for his portrayal of Buffalo Bill due to the popularity of the television show Monk, on which he plays Captain Stottlemeyer. Buffalo Bill may be best described as his breakout role.

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
