[edit] History

Tech Talk Radio is now celebrating its 10th year of providing information on computers, technology and the Internet over the airwaves. The show began in Palm Springs where for over 6 years "Tech Talk With Mike & Andy" was broadcast every Saturday from 11am to 1pm on KNWZ-AM and KPSI-AM. The original hosts for the program were Andy Taylor, Mike O'Brian and Bill Grace.

Andy Taylor, the host of the show, and half of a Tucson morning rock radio show, relocated to the Tucson area and brought the show format to KTKT-AM. After three successful years on KTKT-AM, the station changed formats to Spanish language and the show went into hiatus until it found a home for two years at KJLL AM 1330. The show moved again in October 2006 to the stronger signal and increased audience of Clear Channel's News Talk 790 KNST.

With the power of the web and large number of visitors to the site, Tech Talk Radio continues on the broadcast airwaves and with a loyal following online. Visitors and listeners will find interviews of movers, shakers and gadget makers as well as the return of the long form audio broadcast. Audio archives have also been available from the website 24/7.
