TechAgreements is the first completely searchable database of legal agreements extracted from the publicly disclosed US SEC filings. Users can search thc contents of all legal documents that have been filed with the SEC. Users can search through these historical filings to gain a greater understanding of their competitors' publicly filed deals. Users can also browse the database by industry, company name and agreement type.

TechAgreements.com is a subsidiary of Socratek L.L.C. and was founded in 1999.
