Technical Erection & Construction Company (Tec-Com) is a Joint Stock Construction Company undertaking turnkey projects in various engineering fields, and is highly specialized in turnkey Electro-Mechanical projects, partly acting as the execution contracting arm to several of our privately owned group of companies, one of which is Technical Promotion Office (TPO) who are registered commercial agents to several reputable contractors & manufacturers in the UK and the continent since 1975, and with an experience dating back to 1958.

Our Long lasting experience has resulted in the execution of over 80 municipal water treatment plants of different capacities ranging from 15,000 m3/day up to 650,000 m3/day with all their relevant ancillary equipment, sewage treatment plants, and over 70 complete drainage and irrigation pumping stations for the public sector through our principals and partly owned company Sigmainvest in Czech Republic that provides complete design engineering works, procurement and foreign expatriate supervision to our projects to ensure high international standards of execution.
