Tcheco is a Brazilian animated series created by Marcelo Barbosa and Rafael Krug in 1999, about a guy named Tcheco Nenê das Crianças Infantis (Tcheco Baby of The Childish Kids, in a literal translation) who have mental illness and his friends, Gonçalves and Louie.
The series first aired in the Canal Comunitário (Community Channel) in Porto Alegre, and now it's a cult classic in Brazil, being available to be watched through the official site.
