[edit] Elvis/Freemasons

why did Elvis, who was a very christian person and most of all loved Gospel music, tell the world that TCB meant such a stupid thing as Taking Care of Business, when we all know it ment Templars of Christian Brotherhood? You can read all about TCB in the book Templars of the Christian discuss any comments about this freemasonic organization. 83.36.179.184

[edit] Total Control Band

I expanded the entry for this group, but someone needs to write an article about them (or delete the entry). Closenplay 17:09, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Cleanup

This page was marked for cleanup per MoS:DAB. I removed the following entries for non-notability. Please only re-insert them if they are mentioned in a linked-to article, or if they have their own article.

  • TCB is a comic by Eric Kilanski and Kellen Eilerts in the Cavalier Daily which gained national recognition in 2006 for its outrageous religious satire [2].
  • TCB was the name of Elvis Presley's later backing band and support organization. It was also his logo in the '70s (Taking Care of Business *in a flash*--with the lightning bolt).
  • TCB is what Cosmo Kramer does while "employed" by Brandt-Lealand in an episode of Seinfeld.
  • Trade Capacity Building, a commonly used term for development assistance to help countries negotiate, implement, and benefit from trade agreements.

[edit] Elvis's TCB

I notice that the Elvis reference was removed. I do think that the topic is worth of a Wikipedia entry but I don't have the knowledge to write it. I mention it here in the hopes that someone will be spurred to write it. Although the acronym (and the concept) of "TCB" have different meanings, it's very commonly interpreted to mean Elvis's entourage and their approach to things. Migp (talk) 17:54, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
