Taylorella is a genus of the Alcaligenaceae of the ordo of the Burkholderiales.
There are two species of "Taylorella":
- Taylorella equigenitalis: causes the Contagious Equine Metritis in horses.
- Taylorella asinigenitalis: was isolated in the genital tract of donkeys and is obviously non-pathogenic.
