How can this be?
Take a look at the map http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Piccadilly_Line.svg and http://maps.google.com/maps?t=h&ie=UTF8&om=1&ll=51.525166,-0.12188&spn=0.017302,0.025363
The line would need to make a wide curve to the west reach this square.
