[edit] What is the "Targetter"?

Simple answer to a simple question. The Targetter is mearly the Nonsense Eradicator Destruction Minimizer system. Its purpose is to keep Wikipedia at a serious and professional level by targetting material that just doesn't belong, and precisely removing it from existence without collateral damage. The system requires an operator to work. It is not a automaton.
