Born Tarina Tarantino
Occupation Jewelry Designer

Tarina Tarantino is a jewelry designer in Los Angeles, California.

She is well-known for the popularization of "hair jewelry," along with her use of bright colors and funky designs. She uses a wide range of materials in her work, from Swarovski crystals and lucite, to wood and resin. More recently, her "Pink Head Collection," was a project presented to her by Sanrio. The line features the popular character, Hello Kitty, styled after Tarantino's trademark pink hair.

After working as a model and makeup artist during the early half of the 1990s, she decided to make her jewelry hobby a full-time endeavor. She and Alfonso Campos opened the self-entitled business Tarina Tarantino in 1995.[1] Her collections have since caught the eye of a number of celebrities, such as Cameron Diaz, Avril Lavigne, and Miley Cyrus. Some have even posed as models for her collections, such as the case with Tokyo Hard Core, in which Davey Havok and Jeffree Star both made appearances in the collection's catalog.

Tarantino's success has allowed her to branch out her business, and now has boutiques in the following cities: New York City, Los Angeles, Milan, Seoul, and Osaka.
