Tareque Ahmed is a First class and List A cricketer from Bangladesh. Sometimes referred to on scoresheets by his nickname Rubel, he played for Rajshahi Division between 2000/01 and 2003/04. His batting was not a success in the first class arena but he did post a knock of 79 against Biman Bangladesh Airlines. He also took 3 for 41 against the same team.
