Tandridge Council election, 2008

Elections to Tandridge Council were held on 1 May 2008. One third of the council was up for election and the Conservative party kept overall control of the council. Overall turnout was 42.3%.

Recycling and planning were major issues at the election.^[1] The Conservative party gained three seats at the election, Queens Park, Valley and Warlingham East, Chelsham and Farleigh. However they lost Westway to the Liberal Democrats.^[2]
