[edit] Article title

The name and capitalization of the article is inappropriate, it sounds like this is a play or movie. It should be "Tan Chay Wa" or maybe "Tan Chay Wa tombstone affair". Jpatokal 04:32, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

According to the 5 references I use to write on this article earlier, it was commonly referred to as "The Case of Tan Chay Wa", "The Case of the Subversive Tombstone" or "The Trial of Tan Chay Wa" etc. I eventually chooses "The Case of Tan Chay Wa" as it was more frequently quoted and also it fit in more closely according to the context of the article. If there is a group consensus to rename this article, I'm OK with your 2nd suggestion, "Tan Chay Wa tombstone affair" which I find is appropriate too. Thank u for your feedback & suggestions. -- Aldwinteo 06:22, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
See WP:NAME#Lowercase_second_and_subsequent_words_in_titles. The current name is definitely incorrect, but I'm open to ideas for what the best one would be. Jpatokal 12:28, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
After much brainstorming, I've renamed it to a more appropriate title as "Tan Chay Wa's tombstone trial" so as to settle this issue once & for all. -- Aldwinteo 14:16, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
