Tamurats

The Tamurats (Turkish: Tamuratlar) are an organised, Mafia like crime group operating in mainly Istanbul, Turkey.

They are a gang still shrouded in mystery but records suggest that they begun as early as 1927. Like many other organised crime groups they have a structure in which has a boss at the top, then many underbosses, then soldiers and lastly street gangs. Many street gangs are under the influence of the Tamurats and carry out most of the violent crime.
