Tamka

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tamka is a name of the street in Powiśle district of Warsaw, Poland. The street runs downhill from central Warsaw towards Vistula River and connects Świętokrzyska Street with Wisłostrada.

The name of the street originates from a small dam (Polish: tama) on the stream once flowing along the present street.
