The 19-storey Tamani Exclusive at B2B Tower is situated in Business Bay, which is set to be the new heart of Dubai's commercial district, rivalling Manhattan, New York and Ginza District in Tokyo, Japan, in scope and size. It is located close to Sheikh Zayed Road as well as the new creek area in Ras Al Khor. It is being developed by KM Properties, a member of KM Holding.

The commercial tower will be managed by the five star Tamani Exclusive.

Tamani Exclusive at B2B Tower is designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott. According to the architect, its design and shape are inspired by a Tulip-design, to maximize views of the Creek.

Tamani Exclusive at B2B Tower, Business Bay is being constructed by Al Rostamani Pegel L.L.C.
