I proposed this article for deletion, but the prod tag I added was removed. The text of an article should include enough information to explain why the person is notable.   • As stated in the policy, "The text of an article should include enough information to explain why the person is notable." There is nothing at all in this stub article that explains anything to establish that he is notable.
