This building across from Congonhas Airport advertised TAM Airlines's TAM Express cargo service. The TAM Airlines Flight 3054 incident destroyed the building.

TAM Express is a cargo and shipping service operated by TAM Airlines of Brazil.

• July 17, 2007: TAM Airlines Flight 3054 flew into the Congonhas Airport TAM Express facility, killing all of the passengers on the Airbus A320 and several people in the building
