This image is of a book, Tamura Sakae shashinshū: Shizen no katasumi de, written and photographed by Sakae Tamura and published in 1965 by Seibundo-Shinkosha (still [2007] a prominent publisher). The design can be presumed to be © Seibundo-Shinkosha, incorporating a photograph © Sakae Tamura (or his estate).

Although the picture is subject to copyright I (Hoary) think its reproduction where relevant is covered by the U.S. fair-use laws because:

1. it is a low-resolution copy of a book cover;
2. it does not in any way limit the rights or impede the efforts of the copyright owners to claim ownership of or derive income from the book or incorporated photograph;
