The Tallinn University was established on 18 March 2005 as the result of a merger of several universities (among which the Tallinn Pedagogical University was the biggest)
- This is not true. Legally, the Tallinn University of Social Sciences (Tallinna Pedagoogikaülikool) was just renamed. Andres 17:17, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
