[edit] Merge into Elektriraudtee

This article is easily merged into Elektriraudtee. (Had there been some text on the infrastructure, it could have been merged into Eesti Raudtee). The two articles have a large overlap and are likely to grow overlapping. All information currently found here is also in the other article, except for the fact that the distance between Tallinn and Paldiski is 50 km, and the (incorrect) statement that "There is a train station in each town" (there are in fact nine in Tallinn along this railway only).
