Tala Madani

Tala Madani (born 1981) is an artist based in New Haven.

Madani was born in Tehran. She is a painter whose recurrent motifs include stereotypical Middle Eastern men and birthday cake.[1] Her painting style is loose, incorporating gestural brushstrokes into figurative narrative scenes.[2]
