I've made a few edits - this article seemed to be assuming that BDSM only means individual scenes or acts of s&m done in the bedroom and so on, but in fact it also encompasses people who live in D/s relationships, where people live in these roles all the time.

Similar to Domestic discipline, I don't see it easy to make a clear distinction (and how does DD differ from TiH?), rather there seems to be a broad spectrum of lifestyles, with different people using different names. Mdwh 01:28, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

It's not clear to me what the notability and origin of this term is? Is it just the takeninhand.com website, or has this term be referenced somewhere more notable? Mdwh (talk) 20:26, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
