Length and width estimates were obtained by comparing the Takemikazuchi to an Aegis-class cruiser (official length of 200 meters) in close proximaty, in a nearly perfect vertical shot in Gundam Seed Destiny episode 22. And I used width rather than beam because as both a trimaran and an aircraft carrier, Takemikazuchi's overall width is far greater than its beam. Redxiv 23:15, 20 Mar 2005 (UTC)
