[edit] Philippines: Regions and Provinces

I'm reverting your changes to the Provinces and Regions section in the Philippines article. While not really inaccurate, I don't think this information should be in the main country article. This can be discussed in Metro Manila and Manila instead. Also, it is not only Manila that has these other levels of groupings (districts, zones). Even Pasay City and Caloocan City, both in Metro Manila, have zones too. --seav 04:06, 4 November 2005 (UTC)
