Taishi, Osaka

Taishi (太子町 Taishi-chō?) is a town located in Minamikawachi District, Osaka, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 14,526 and a density of 1,025.12 persons per km². The total area is 14.17 km².
Ono no Imoko, a politician of Yamato Period, was buried here.
