A sliced Taiwanese spring roll. Although Taiwanese spring rolls are similar to Vietnamnese spring rolls in the sense that the wrapper is not fried, the Taiwanese spring roll uses a wheat-based wrapper while the Vietnamnese version uses a rice-based wrapper.
