Tag spam is spam on video sharing websites (such as YouTube) that allow users who upload videos to tag their own videos with keywords.
They add popular non-related keywords as tags for their uploaded content to mislead and attract viewers.
Example, they may add a tag such as 'sex' to a video about cars.
