original research, delete this sci fi fairy shit

I Deproded it, rewrote it, sourced it, and stubbed it. This is an actual inititive the military is working on, though the way it was written was pure WP:CRYSTAL. It might still warrent deletion as a neologism if anyone wants to take it to AfD. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Isotope23 (talkcontribs) 18:05, 18 January 2007 (UTC).
The USJFCOM article seems to establish it as a has-been-really-a-thought. But (frustration) the article is not dated, and refers to autonomous robots "as early as 2005" - so it's clearly written considerably before that date. Can you think of any way to date it? --Alvestrand 09:34, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
