Promotional picture of India actress (Tabu), taken from the movie The Namesake (2007). Copyright holder is Fox Searchlight Pictures and it's displayed at Wikipedia for additional information on the movie The Namesake and on it's actress Tabu.

The image Image:Tabu-in-the-Namesake.gif is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Aung Phyoe) believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is a copy of a photograph released and intended by Fox Searchlight Pictures for promotional distribution;
No free or public domain images have been located for this purpose. While public domain images may exist for the subject of the article, none has been located that is recent, nor do they adequately illustrate the points in the subject's career that are discussed in the accompanying text;
The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the movie in any way; and
The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the subject or the work in question in any way .
