T.L. Handy Middle School is a middle School of the Bay City Public Schools district in Bay City, Michigan. T.L. Handy's mascot is the wildcats. T.L. Handy used to be a high school.

T.L. Handy serves grades 6-8. There are 3 floors on the building. 6th grade is on the 3rd floor. 7th grade is on the 2nd floor and 8th grade is on the 1st floor. T.L. Handy has about of 1200 students total. There are about 380 for 6th, 370 for 7th, and 420 for 8th.
