Tōon (東温市 Tōon-shi?) is a city located in Ehime, Japan.
As of November 1, 2004, the city had an estimated population of 34,597 and the density of 163 persons per km². The total area is 211.45 km².
The city was founded on September 21, 2004 with the merger of the towns of Kawauchi, Ehime and Shigenobu, Ehime.
