Sylvia So Far

Sylvia So Far is a new musical based upon the life of GLBT rights activist Sylvia Rivera. Its book and score are by Timothy Mathis (The Conjuring, Our Story Too, Wallflowers). A workshop presented at La Mama ETC in January of 2007 featured Bianca Leigh (Transamerica) as Rivera and Peter Proctor as sidekick Marsha P. Johnson. The show is slated for an off-Broadway run in the winter of 2007-2008.
