Sxip Shirey

Sxip Shirey is an American composer, performer, and story-teller. He grew up in Ohio and currently resides in New York City.

Shirey is a member of The Daredevil Opera Company and is a founding member of the band The Luminescent Orchestrii. His most recent project was composing music for "Tale of a West Texas Marsupial Girl", a new play premiering in January 2007 at the Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
