Eat, Shrink & Be Merry! is a TV Cooking show on Food Network created and hosted by sisters Janet and Greta Podleski. Filmed on location throughout Southern Ontario as well as in the Podleski household, the show visits locally renowned restaurants where the hosts attempt to recreate a healthier version of the restaurants' signature dishes. The restaurants' dish is then put to a blind test against the healthier version to determine how accurately the dish has been recreated using healthier ingredients. The recipes used by the hosts in the show are taken from their 2005 cook book of the same name.[1]
