Please do not delete this image as I want people to freely use it on an "as is" basis with attribution intact--even for a commercial purpose. I used the no-derivs license only because I do not want people to morph/clip this photo in any sense. I want them to use the "whole" photo wherever they want to.

In short: I do not mind at all if people redistribute this photo in any sense as long as they retain my attribution as the photographer and also use the picture as a whole (not part of it).

If any free license other than no-derivs embodies these two conditions, I would gladly use it.

My intent is clear now, I guess!

S, your intent is clear, but wikipedia policy specifically requires that derivatives not be restricted. So, if you don't want to allow people to do arbitrary hacks with your creation, you should not put it in wikipedia. Sorry, them's the rules! Dicklyon 05:31, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
