Irrational Games/Vivendi Universal have not released any such images into the public domain.
The screenshot is used to depict an aspect of the game, dynamic in-game advertising.
There are no free use alternatives available to demonstrate dynamic in-game advertising.
The image fulfills the criteria laid out at Template:Non-free game screenshot.
The image does not impede the publishers ability to sell the game.
