- Irrational Games/Vivendi Universal have not released any such images into the public domain.
- The screenshot is used to depict an aspect of the game, dynamic in-game advertising.
- There are no free use alternatives available to demonstrate dynamic in-game advertising.
- The image fulfills the criteria laid out at Template:Non-free game screenshot.
- The image does not impede the publishers ability to sell the game.
