Sutherland Shire Compilation is a compilation album made up of Rock, Hardcore and Heavy Metal artists who reside or originally came from the Sutherland Shire district of Sydney, New South Wales in Australia.

Selection was made by holding auditions for local bands to be placed on the compilation with an eventual eighteen artists selected.

The album was recorded, produced and mixed by Jeff Cripps during the months of October through to December 1996 and was then mastered by Paul Bryant.

  • The album was recorded, produced and funded by Jeff Cripps along with being released on his A# Sharp label.
  • A hidden track can be found at the completion of the track Wallbanger Boyz by the band Drebin. It is made up of random talking, clapping then violins begin to be tuned and played.
  • The album cover, design and layout was done by Art of the State.
