Evidence

V-Dash seems insistent on making two edits on two pages: The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (replacing the consensus-agreed upon genre of "action-adventure" with RPG, already been blocked for a 3RR violation), and on Pokemon Diamond and Pearl (insisting on including a larger number of total pokemon through the series despite other editors factually pointing out he's wrong). User Kwnawm was created today (Nov4) and has made exactly the same two edits with exactly the same text and only on those pages. V-Dash (barring what may be remnants of vandalism) has this on his user page "I say rules are nothing but blocks. Blocks can be broken.I follow logic to the srongest degree. I think Zelda is an RPG, and you are lost in a sea of pwnage." current version.

V-Dash's talk and user page have undergone several weird edits suggesting that he may be a target of vandalism, or doing some other weird self-edits from other accounts. I thought I've seen everything on user talk pages, but I've yet to figure this case out. It could be very well that Kwnawm is someone that has a grudge against V-Dash and is trying to make someone file a sockpuppet account as to get him banned (User:Dash Jr is the only registered user making changes of this nature on V-Dahs , there is also User:4.156.201.101 which claims to be "MetricTrout" though no such user exists, and User:82.47.213.207 and User:64.90.92.236. Thus, I throw a bit of caution to the wind here as there is a possible second explanation though I'm still confused about why this would be the case.

What? WTF is going on here? Apparently you must not have noticed, but I have been having problems lately with people harassing and imping me. Conclusions

On first glace, Kwnawm is a SP of V-Dash, but there's some question if there's not other personal attacks against V-Dash at stack. It would help to see if user V-Dash and user Kwnawm are one and the same either to stop sockpuppetry, or if they're not, to help someone that is undergoing personal attacks.
