Contributions show that both newly created accounts have some sort of interest in the article on J. Howard Marshall, strangely coincidental on its own. User:Nexttubeban is clearly a vandal-only account. The name, if read phonetically, reads "Next to be ban[ned]". The accused puppet, while not having made any obvious vandalism edits, shares this phoentic trait, "To weep for me not."
Note that the accused puppet master has been reported to AIV for persistent vandalism.
