Same user name style, created the same day, both accounts are vandalism only accounts and vandalished the same single article. Check [1]

BDF91 should be blocked as a formality, but it's only made 1 edit and is not particularly likely to return. BDF123 should be treated on its own merits. I agree that this user's edits are not positive. Yechiel (Shalom) 01:48, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
