Evidence

The chinese username is a giveaway, always posts this on his userpage, is involved in edit warring too. Refer to his suspected sockpuppet page for all the socks that have been blocked.

Comments

The user concerned is repeatedly removing all warning messages from the talk page, and this includes the sock-warning templates as well as the notice inviting them to comment here. Given that they seem to be refusing to take part in this process about alleged sockpuppets, what does wikipedia say should happen?  DDStretch  (talk) 10:32, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

Conclusions
